Police have arrested Ram Avtar Kewat, 22, a resident of Abhirao /Abhirawa of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-2, on charge of raping an 11-year-old girl.
Police have arrested Kewat after the complain of trying to rape the girl in the lane of the same place.
Police are conducting further investigation in this regard.
