Kathmandu. The number of Nepalese dying from corona virus infection has reached 200 worldwide. According to the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), 16 more Nepalese have died abroad this week due to corona. Eight people in Qatar, three in Kuwait and five in the UAE have been died this week.
According to the NRNA, Nepalese in 20 countries have been completely freed from corona. So far, 93 percent of infected Nepalese have been freed from the infection.
According to the Non-Resident Nepali Association, 28,681 Nepalese out of 30,571 have been freed from corona in abroad. At the initiative of the Non-Resident Nepali Association, Government of Nepal and diplomatic bodies, 29,780 Nepalese from 25 different countries have been rescued.
Similarly, 172 bodies from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, South Korea and other countries have been brought to Nepal and handed over to their families. Out of the 434 people who lost their lives abroad due to various reasons, 156 have been buried in the destination country with the consent of their families. According to NRNA, 107 bodies are yet to be brought to Nepal from abroad
